Please pay any past due amount before that date to avoid disconnection of service. Our office will be closed Monday, May 26, 2025 in observance of Memorial Day. Some of our customers have told us they never received a water bill and got a late charge as a result. The bills are mailed the first working day of each month and are sent to Jackson for sorting. If you did not receive your water bill it could be lost in transit or your mail carrier did not deliver it. Please read the information on the back of your monthly bill that pertains to mail delivery. You can also click the FAQ page for more information.
